Ratnalayam

Ratnalayam was constructed by Mr।T.R.Venkatesh and Mrs.T.Rama Devi. The idea of constructing RATNALAYAM was conceived and nurtured in course of time by Mrs & Mr.T.R.Venkatesh in the memory of his father Late T.P.Rathnaiah with their strong social commitments, devotion and dedication.Their motto is to help the underpriviledged people. The thought that there are many people who cannot afford to go to Tirumala to worship Lord Venkateshwara lead to the construction of this eye capturing temple. It is situated at Aliabad 'X' Roads, Shamirpet, R.R.District, Andhra Pradesh about 20 KMs from Secunderabad. The Bhoomi pooja of the temple was held on the 26th of April,2001 by Sri Tripurananda Swamy.

The idols have been made by the famous sculptor Ganapathi Sthapathy which have been brought all the way from Kanchipuram.
After 22months of the Bhoomi pooja this holy place of Lord Venkateshwara,Godess Padmavathi and Andalu Devi,Lord Hanuman,
Lord Ganesh and Sri Vasavi Kanyaka Parmeshwari took its enormous shape and came into exsistence on the 19th of February 2003 when Sri Sri Sri Jayendra Saraswathi Swamiji completed the prathishta of the idols with the blessings of Sri Sri Sri Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji.

This place is the centre of attraction for many devotees and lovers of nature as the temple is fully landscaped with beautiful gardens and the Shanku,Namam and Chakram which are very significant to the Lord is structured in the form of a fountain giving a celestial look . A fountain depicting the divine scene of Lord Vishnu resting on Adishesha with his wives adds beauty and glory to the temple. The temple facilitates Yagashala, Kalyana Katta,Pravachanam Hall, lawns for resting, cafeteria, huge parking facility and play pen for children. Above all the temple is located in a peaceful atmosphere which inculcates true devotion among the people.
